Panpour is a Pokémon introduced in Generation V (Unova).
It evolves into Simipour when given a Water Stone.
There is a chance for Simipour to be reverted into Panpour when exposed to a Devolution Spray KC-MK1, Devolution Spray KC-MK2, or Devolution Spray KC-MK3.

One of the Elemental Monkeys, The water stored inside the tuft on its head is full of nutrients. It waters plants with it using its tail. Plants that receive its water grow large.
