Boe is a young Tilia trainer who loves Umbreon (and Pikachu) He is a High School Freshman and lives in the northeast of the US. He is quite kind and friendly. But can be feisty and also loves to shout in all caps....
Pokemon[edit]
Boe still has yet to complete his kanto pokedex, so he catches all the pokemon he can get. He will yell if a pokemon he wanted or needed spawned, and he missed it. Boe is also a bit gullible when it comes to the values of pokemon when trading.
