Starly is a Pokémon introduced in Generation IV (Sinnoh).

It evolves into Staravia when given an Evo Candy. Staravia evolves into Staraptor when given an Evo Candy.

There is a chance that Staravia will be reverted into Starly when exposed to a Devolution Spray KC-MK1, Devolution Spray KC-MK2, or Devolution Spray KC-MK3.
