Dragonair is a Pokémon introduced in Generation I (Kanto).

It evolves from Dratini when given an Evo Candy. It evolves into Dragonite when given an Evo Candy.

There is a chance that Dragonite will be reverted into Dragonair when exposed to a Devolution Spray KC-MK1, Devolution Spray KC-MK2, or Devolution Spray KC-MK3. Similarly, a Devolution Spray can be used on Dragonair for a chance of it reverting into Dratini.

Trivia

• There is a unique form of Dragonair that exists, Saphir's Special Form, with an ID number of 0. It is shiny and listed as obtained in "Generation ???". It was caught on June 05, 2018, 163 days before the first Pokémon to spawn, Ivysaur, on November 15th that same year.

• Nothing can evolve into Saphir's Special Form, nor can Saphir's Special Form Dragonair evolve into Dragonite.
