Togepi is a Pokémon introduced in Generation II (Johto). It has two forms: Normal Form and Particularly Happy Form.
The Particularly Happy Form Togepi is a special form of Togepi that was awarded to the first one to catch all of the Alolan Forms in the game in the form of the Mysterious Egg. The Mysterious Egg was won by Quasar_Catfish, which after some time hatched into the Particularly Happy Form Togepi.
It evolves into Togetic by using a Soothe Candy.
