Togepi is a Pokémon introduced in Generation II (Johto). It has two forms: Normal Form and Particularly Happy Form. The spawn rate of this Pokémon is Common.
Particularly Happy Form Togepi is available after hatching from the Mysterious Egg. The only owner of this form Pokémon is Quasar_Catfish.
It evolves into Togetic by using a Soothe Candy.
