Togepi is a Pokémon introduced in Generation II (Johto). It has two forms: Normal Form and Particularly Happy Form.
It evolves into Togetic when given a Soothe Candy. Togetic evolves into Togekiss when given a Shiny Stone.
There is a chance that Togetic will be reverted into Togepi when exposed to a Devolution Spray KC-MK1 or Devolution Spray KC-MK2.
Trivia
The Particularly Happy Form Togepi is a special form of Togepi that was awarded to the first one to catch all of the Alolan Forms in the game in the form of the Mysterious Egg. The Mysterious Egg was won by Quasar_Catfish, which after some time hatched into the Particularly Happy Form Togepi. This Form of Togepi does not evolve.
