Tilia Masters is a alternate game mode for Tilia that takes place on Vapor Island, featuring various seasons in six-month intervals.

Tilia Masters has several major differences to Tilia Classic:

  • Pokémon cannot be evolved or traded
  • There are no items or money
  • The Dex is significantly smaller and changes every season

The winner of each season of Tilia Masters will receive an exclusive Event Only Pokémon in Tilia Classic. Additionally, players on the final leaderboard will also receive additional rewards.

Introduction:[edit]

Elaria Pokémon Laboratory
Fae City, May 13th, 2022

Hi, trainer!

I hope this letter finds you well.
Once again, thank you for your hard work helping me pierce the mysteries of Elaria!

Lately, I have been working on surveying Vapor island, in the archipelago south-west of Elaria.
We first thought there were no Pokémon there, but it turns out there are: they just go out very infrequently!
They also seem to have developed a kind of resistance to the Corda Balls (to all items, even), I think I have an idea for an upgrade, but they would be more expensive to produce, so I won't be able to give you as many as the standard ones...

Because as you will have guessed, I would very much like your help to record which Pokémon can be found on Vapor island!
We believe there are not that many, but I thought it could be entertaining to create a little competition between trainers, so here's what I'm proposing: I caught a very rare Pokémon on another of the archipelago's islands, and I decided that I would give it to the first of you who would complete the local Pokédex!

What do you say, are you in? :-)

- Pr. Tilia C.

Rules and Overview[edit]

Objective[edit]

Your goal is to catch one specimen of each of the 50 available Pokémon species to complete a living Pokédex.

How to Catch[edit]

To catch a Pokémon, you simply have to be the first eligible trainer to say the name of its species when it appears.

Ineligibility[edit]

You are not eligible to catch a Pokémon if one of the following is true:

  • you already own a specimen of that Pokémon species,
  • you have already caught a Pokémon since 00:00 UTC today.

How to Win[edit]

To win the game, you have to either be the first trainer to complete their living Pokédex or be the trainer with the most Pokémon at the end of the season.

Spawn Frequency[edit]

A Pokémon will appear at the time the season starts. If it is not caught, it will run away after 5 to 10 minutes. After a Pokémon runs away, another will appear 10 to 20 minutes later. After a Pokémon is caught, another will appear 1h30 to 2h30 later.
