It evolves from Goldeen when given an Evo Candy. It is the final evolved form of Goldeen.
There is a chance for Seaking to be reverted into Goldeen when exposed to a Devolution Spray KC-MK1 or Devolution Spray KC-MK2.
It can also be obtained by purchasing and redeeming the Seaking Redeem Ticket.
