Lampent is a Pokémon introduced in Generation V (Unova).
It evolves from Litwick when given an Evo Candy. It evolves into Chandelure when given a Dusk Stone. Lampent can't evolve into the Earth Form Chandelure.
There is a chance that Chandelure will be reverted into Lampent when exposed to a Devolution Spray KC-MK1, Devolution Spray KC-MK2, or Devolution Spray KC-MK3. Similarly, a Devolution Spray can be used on Lampent for a chance of it reverting into Litwick.
Lampent cannot evolve into Chandelure (Earth Form)
