Ivysaur is the Pokémon introduced in Generation I (Kanto). The spawn rate of this Pokémon is Super Rare
It evolves from Bulabasaur and evolves into Venusaur.
It's the first ever Pokémon spawned in the Elaria Region on November 15, 2018. The first user was AustinTheSmasher and currently belongs to Chillie.
