It evolves from Bulbasaur when given an Evo Candy. It evolves into Venusaur when given an Evo Candy.
There is a chance that Venusaur will be reverted into Ivysaur when exposed to a Devolution Spray KC-MK1 or Devolution Spray KC-MK2. Similarly, a Devolution Spray can be used on Ivysaur for a chance of it reverting into Bulbasaur.
Trivia
Ivysaur is the first ever Pokémon to spawn on Tilia, caught by AustinTheSmasher#6511 on November 15, 2018.
