It evolves from [[Bulbasaur]] when given an [[Items#Evolutionary_Candies|Evo Candy]]. It evolves into [[Venusaur]] when given an [[Items#Evolutionary_Candies|Evo Candy]]. 

There is a chance that Venusaur will be reverted into Ivysaur when exposed to a {{DevoSpray}}. Similarly, a Devolution Spray can be used on Ivysaur for a chance of it reverting into Bulbasaur.

'''Elarian Ivysaur''' is a newly discovered, Rock-type form of Ivysaur, appearing in the Elaria Region. After evolving, this Pokémon's skin gets rougher. Three stone spikes come out of its crystal. When Ivysaur senses danger, it defends itself by shooting those spikes out with incredible force.

It's the first ever Pokémon to have spawned in the Elaria Region, on November 15, 2018. It was obtained by AustinTheSmasher, though it now resides with another user.
