It evolves from Chingling when given a Soothe Candy. It is the final evolved form of Chingling.

There is a chance for Chimecho to be reverted into Chingling when exposed to a Devolution Spray KC-MK1, Devolution Spray KC-MK2, or Devolution Spray KC-MK3.
