Feebas

Feebas is a Pokémon introduced in Generation III (Hoenn).
It evolves into Milotic by trading.
There is a chance for Milotic to be reverted into Feebas when exposed to a Devolution Spray KC-MK1, Devolution Spray KC-MK2, or Devolution Spray KC-MK3 or an Everstone if it has evolved through trade.

Feebas, while unattractive and shoddy in appearance, have largely adapted to living even in the most polluted of environments - capable of survival due to it repelling every predator and trainer away from it. Feels like staring in a mirror, doesn't it?
