Piplup is a Pokémon introduced in Generation IV (Sinnoh).
It evolves from Prinplup when given an Evo Candy. Prinplup evolves into Empoleon when given an Evo Candy.
There is a chance that Prinplup will be reverted into Piplup when exposed to a Devolution Spray KC-MK1 or Devolution Spray KC-MK2. Similarly, a Devolution Spray can be used on Grotle for a chance of it reverting into Turtwig.
