Swablu is a Pokémon introduced in Generation III (Hoenn).
It evolves into Altaria when given an Evo Candy.
There is a chance for Altaria to be reverted into Swablu when exposed to a Devolution Spray KC-MK1, Devolution Spray KC-MK2, or Devolution Spray KC-MK3.
Swablu can't evolve into Altaria (Sky Form).
Trivia
Swablu is the first Generation VI shiny Pokémon, as well as the first shiny Pokémon that is outside of the current generation of Tilia. It was obtained by Parissong#7902 on June 4,2019.
