Spinda is a Pokémon introduced in Generation III (Hoenn).
Elarian Spinda is a newly discovered Electric-type form of Spinda, appearing in the Elaria Region. It generates electricity with its erratic movements, and can be used to power homes. However, the electric current ceases as soon as Spinda stops moving, which occurs frequently as Elarian Spinda have a tendency to fall over. Rotom like to attach their arms to this Pokémon's ears, absorbing its electricity; Spinda doesn't mind, though the Rotom gets frustrated when it stops.
