Magikarp is a Pokémon introduced in Generation I (Kanto).
It evolves into Gyarados when given an Evo Candy.
There is a chance for Gyarados to be reverted into Magikarp when exposed to a Devolution Spray KC-MK1 or Devolution Spray KC-MK2.
