Porygon is a Pokémon introduced in Generation I (Kanto). It has two forms: Normal and Prism.
Its Normal form evolves into Porygon2 by trading. Porygon2 evolves into Porygon-Z by trading.
Its Normal form can also be obtained by purchasing and redeeming the Porygon Redeem Ticket.
There is a chance for Porygon2 to be reverted into Normal Porygon when exposed to a Devolution Spray KC-MK1, Devolution Spray KC-MK2, or Devolution Spray KC-MK3 or an Everstone if it evolved through trade.
