Togetic is a Pokémon introduced in Generation II (Johto).
It evolves from Togepi when given an Evo Candy. Togetic caught during Generation IV or later evolves into Togekiss when given a Shiny Stone.
There is a chance that Togekiss will be reverted into Togetic when exposed to a Devolution Spray KC-MK1 or Devolution Spray KC-MK2. Similarly, a Devolution Spray can be used on Togetic for a chance of it reverting into Togepi.
