It evolves from Gloom when exposed to a Leaf Stone. It is the one of the final evolved forms of Oddish, with the other being Bellossom.
There is a chance for Vileplume to be reverted into Gloom when exposed to a Devolution Spray KC-MK1 or Devolution Spray KC-MK2.
