Swablu is a Pokémon introduced in Generation III (Hoenn).
It evolves into Altaria when given an Evo Candy.
There is a chance for Altaria to be reverted into Swablu when exposed to a Devolution Spray KC-MK1 or Devolution Spray KC-MK2.
Trivia
Swablu is the first Generation VI shiny Pokémon, as well as the first shiny Pokémon that is outside of the current generation of Tilia. It was obtained by Parissong#7902 on June 4,2019.
