Poliwag evolves into Poliwhirl when given an Evo Candy. Poliwhirl evolves into Poliwrath when exposed to a Water Stone. Alternatively, Poliwhirl can evolve into Politoed by trading.
There is a chance for Poliwhirl to be reverted into Poliwag when exposed to a Devolution Spray KC-MK1 or Devolution Spray KC-MK2.
