It evolves from Happiny when given an Evo Candy. It evolves into Blissey when given a Soothe Candy.
There is a chance for Blissey to be reverted into Chansey when exposed to a Devolution Spray KC-MK1 or Devolution Spray KC-MK2. Similarly, a Devolution Spray can be used on Chansey for a chance of it reverting into Happiny.
