The black market is where trainers can deposit Pokémon for other trainers to buy for a specified price. A Black Card is required to deposit Pokémon on the black market, but not to buy Pokémon from it.
By default, players have 5 slots on their black market account. Premium users have 15 slots. Black Tokens can permanently unlock another slot on a player's black market account; however this item is currently not obtainable.
The bmcheck command shows the list of a trainer's Pokémon that are currently for sale on the black market. The full list of Pokémon currently on the black market can be found at http://www.tilia.ovh/bm.php.
