Kirlia is a Pokémon introduced in Generation III (Hoenn).
It evolves from Ralts when given an Evo Candy. It evolves into Gardevoir when given an Evo Candy. Kirlia caught during Generation IV or later evolves into Gallade when given a Dawn Stone.
There is a chance that Gardevoir or Gallade will be reverted into Kirlia when exposed to a Devolution Spray KC-MK1, Devolution Spray KC-MK2, or Devolution Spray KC-MK3. Similarly, a Devolution Spray can be used on Kirlia for a chance of it reverting into Ralts.
