Pichu is a Pokémon introduced in Generation II (Johto).
Pichu evolves to Pikachu when given a Soothe Candy. Pikachu evolves into Raichu when exposed to a Thunder Stone.
There is a chance that Pikachu will be reverted into Pichu when exposed to a Devolution Spray KC-MK1, Devolution Spray KC-MK2, or Devolution Spray KC-MK3.
