Altaria is a Pokémon introduced in Generation III (Hoenn).
It evolves from Swablu when given an Evo Candy. It is the final evolved form of Swablu.
There is a chance for Altaria to be reverted into Swablu when exposed to a Devolution Spray KC-MK1, Devolution Spray KC-MK2, or Devolution Spray KC-MK3.
Altaria (Sky Form) cannot be reverted into Swablu.
