===Kantonian Rattata===
This hardy Pokémon lives wherever it can scavenge for food and multiplies rapidly. They demonstrated these traits when they were brought into the now-condemned children’s pizza place “Reg E. Rattata’s” in Elaria as part of a promotional stunt, then quickly made a habitat for themselves of the kitchen.

===Alolan Rattata===
As part of a phenomenon most notably seen in the Alola region, populations of Rattata which are driven to nocturnality take on a new form in which it is part Dark-type in addition to Normal-type. In Elaria, where the usual rules of time zones do not apply, both forms of Rattata can be found.
