'''Rapidash Trivia''' is a biannual trivia event that asks participants to answer several Pokémon-related questions, ranging from simple anime trivia to complex and obscure factoids. There are 12 rounds, each usually lasting up to an hour long and consisting of 150 questions. Overall, there are 12 rounds per occurrence of Rapidash Trivia, each 4 hours apart from each other.

The top 3 players at the end of each round receive a [[Items#Rapidash Trivia Medals|medal]] and a [[Items#Rapidash Trivia Prizes|prize pack]] for their respective position. As part of the 1st place prize pack, the player will receive a [[Mewtwo]]. This is the only known way to obtain this Pokémon.

'''Rotom's Quest''' is a month long event that requires players to collectively obtain a certain number of GTS Points by trading Pokémon on the GTS to free Rotom. All participating players will earn {{CordaBuck|1000}}. If the quest is complete, all participating players will earn a Small Corda Balls Pack and three days of Premium. If the quest is complete, one participating player, selected at random, will receive a [[Rotom]]. This is currently the only known way to obtain this Pokémon.

Any single Pokémon can only contribute GTS Points once per event. The points a trade generates is based on the higher rarity of the two traded Pokémon, as they existed before the trade (if a Pokémon evolves during the trade, its rarity before the trade will be considered; Common yields 10, Rare 20, Super Rare 30, Ultra Rare 40, and Event Only 50). Each player can contribute points up to a maximum; once the player hits this limit, no trade they are a part of will generate any more points.

The '''Unown Event''' was a contest that required users to solve twelve riddles that were given over the course of a few weeks. Each riddle's solution was one non-Legendary or Mythical Pokémon that was somehow related to the solution of the final riddle. The first six players to answer all twelve riddles correctly were declared the winners, and were given either an [[Entei]] or a [[Raikou]] depending on their answer to the final riddle.

The '''Aurora Event''' was a contest that tasked participants with creating a special "[[Aurora]] Form" of a Pokémon from Generation I, II, or III that did not already have any alternate forms or mega evolution. Participants were required to submit both a standard and a shiny variant of their Pokémon. At the end of the event, the submissions were judged by an undisclosed third party, and the submissions were ranked based on their theming and effort. Three winners were awarded the grand prize. This included a [[Suicune]], a non-shiny variant of their Aurora Form submission, and the potential for the Aurora Form to spawn naturally in the game.
